My personal motto is "NO PRESSURE, EVER!" I strive to make every client a friend and to build relationships that last far beyond the sale.
I have lived in Haywood County for 39 years with my wife Barbara. We have two married daughters, seven grandchildren, and three great granddaughters. (We also have one very spoiled Goldendoodle dog named Dakota.) I have hiked and backpacked many of these mountains for years. I still enjoy hiking, camping, trout fishing, and occasionally skiing and golf. If you are interested in any of these activities I can familiarize you with what our area has to offer.
If you are looking for that dream home, log cabin, or that special building lot, I will guide you through the process from offer to closing, and protect your interests every step of the way. I also keep apprised of foreclosure opportunities and can help with these bank-owned properties for a primary home, second home, or investment opportunity.
Today's prices are the lowest in several years. Interest rates on homes are the lowest I have seen in my lifetime creating an outstanding opportunity for the buyer. I look forward to meeting you.
